The County provides Online Services to serve our Citizens and Businesses.
Lethbridge County is excited to announce that we now accept online credit card payments through Plastiq. You can pay Accounts Receivable, Utility and Tax bills using credit or debit cards. It is a third-party service provider that allows you to pay with MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express. To get started, select the link below:

Tell Plastiq the amount you want to pay and when you want to send it.
Please note that payments may take 2-3 business days to process and that a Plastiq service fee will be applied (2.5% for credit cards, 1% for debit cards).
In addition to Plastiq, the County also offers registration in a Customer Self Service program. This allows Citizens to pay Accounts Receivable or Utility accounts using a credit card, and view tax rolls. Note: You cannot pay tax bills through Customer Self Service. Terms & Conditions
All payments for Online Services are in Canadian currency. Tax certificates are available for immediate download once payment has been processed. When completing an order, a printable receipt is displayed on screen to signify that the payment has processed properly. Lethbridge County currently accepts Visa and MasterCard for credit card processing transactions.
Return / Refund Policy
If you experience a problem during the processing of an online transaction or wish to request a refund to be processed, please contact Lethbridge County at (403) 328-5525 to speak to a representative immediately. We will arrange for the appropriate replacement of funds and/or service.
