Register to vote
*NEW* In order to vote in the October 20 municipal election, you must be registered. Visit the Elections Alberta website to check if you're already registered or complete the registration process.
You may also register at the polling station on both the Advance Vote day and Election Day if necessary.
Important dates:
- Nomination period: Wednesday, January 1, 2025 - 12 p.m. Monday, September 22, 2025
- Nomination Day: Monday, September 22, 2025 (This is the last day you can file nomination papers. Papers must be filed by 12 p.m.)
- Advance Vote: TBD (Lethbridge County Admin Office)
- Voting Day: Monday, October 20, 2025, locations TBD
