Lethbridge County and Stirling Wind Project are pleased to announce and launch the new Community Benefit Fund Grant. The grant is available to groups such as local registered charities, not-for-profits societies, organizations and associations, and schools.
Grants are awarded for projects, events or initiatives related to the promotion of:
- Environmental Enhancement
- Social Welfare
- Arts and Culture
- Health and Wellness
- Education & Science
- Emergency Relief
Projects could include
- Capital projects or equipment for the enhancement of community facilities
- Community Events
- Art or Education Programs
Applications for 2026 are open.

- Fresh Start Recovery Centre – raising awareness through their Run for Recovery
- Friends of St. Joseph’s School – building a new basketball court
- Interfaith Food Bank Society of Lethbridge – equipping their Food Recovery Program with a commercial-grade kitchen
- Kinette Club of Coaldale – revitalizing Kinsmen Park with courts and playground upgrades
- Lethbridge Therapeutic Riding Association – enhancing inclusivity with a new adaptive cart
