Introducing MyCounty, a new way to access all your billing information and pay bills online. Think of it like popping by the County office—only you don’t have to leave your desk or kitchen table. It’s an easy way to look after your accounts, check on property info, and take care of business whenever it works for you.

What is MyCounty?
It’s a secure online portal where you can manage your accounts, view property information, and access County services without needing to come into the office.
How do I activate my account or sign in?
Click the link at the top of this webpage. This will bring you to the MyCounty homepage.
Choose Sign In on the homepage and enter your username and password. If you don’t have an account yet, use the “Activate your account” button.
When activating your account, be sure to have a copy of your billing information so that you can enter:
- your account type,
- your name as it appears on the bill,
- and your customer ID.
Once you've completed the activation process, you will receive a confirmation email. (Don't see it? Check your Junk folder and mark it "not junk.")
What can I do in MyCounty?

- Access County services online, including making payments (2.5% processing fee applies), without having to make the trip to the office
I have multiple accounts. Will they be combined?
Some accounts will link on their own. If yours don’t, no problem—just fill out this Account Consolidation Request form and we’ll take care of it.
How do I find property information?
Head to the Property Search in the main menu, type in what you’re looking for, and you’ll find the details.
What if I forget my username or password?
It happens. Call 403-328-5525 or email mailbox@lethcounty.ca during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.) and we’ll get you back in.
Is my information secure?
Yes. MyCounty uses secure login and follows ATIA and POPA requirements to keep your personal and financial information safe.
Can I still pay bills or manage accounts in person?
Of course. MyCounty is here for convenience, but our doors at the County are still open if you’d rather come in.
