Bylaw 21-015 will consider the rezoning of 5.85 acres (portions of Plan 0411743 Block 1 Lot 1 and Plan 1511150 Block 1 Lot 2) from Rural Agriculture (RA) to Business Light Industrial (BLI).  The Intent of the rezoning is to increase the size of the existing Business Light Industrial area and to allow for future subdivision.

HOW DO I GIVE INPUT ON THE PROPOSED BYLAW?

Input can be given on the proposed Bylaw at the Public Hearing on September 2. Anyone wishing to provide written comments is encouraged to contact the County no later than 4:30 pm on August 25, 2021.

Map of the proposed redesignation area.WHAT IS THE BYLAW ABOUT?

Bylaw 21-016 will consider the rezoning of a 35 acre parcel, located in the NW 1-9-21-W4, from Lethbridge Urban Fringe (LUF) to Rural General Industrial (RGI).  The Intent of the rezoning is to bring the parcel into compliance with the Lethbridge County Land Use Bylaw and allow the existing business to rebuild structures and expand current operations.
