WHAT IS BYLAW 20-020 ABOUT?
Bylaw 20-020 will consider the re-zoning of the former CP Station Lands and rail line in the Hamlet of Turin:
- A portion of Plan 1910906 Block 4 Lot 2 from Hamlet Industrial (HI) to Rural Urban Fringe (RUF)
- A portion of Plan 2011463 Block 6 Lot 9 from Direct Control (DC) to Rural Urban Fringe (RUF)
- A portion of Plan 2011463 Block 6 Lots 10-13 from Rural Urban Fringe (RUF) to Hamlet Industrial (HI)
- Plan 2011463 Block 6 Lots 14-17 from Rural Urban Fringe (RUF) to Hamlet Industrial (HI)
- Adjust the Hamlet Boundary
HOW DO I GIVE INPUT ON THE PROPOSED BYLAW?
Input can be given on the proposed Bylaw at the Public
Hearing on December 3. Anyone wishing to provide written comments is encouraged to contact the County by 4:30 pm on November 25, 2020.

WHAT IS BYLAW 20-018 ABOUT?
20-018 will consider the closure of the undeveloped southern portion of 1st Avenue in the Hamlet of Turin as shown on the sketch below. The intent is to close that portion of roadway and consolidate it to the south adjacent properties.
HOW DO I GIVE INPUT ON THE PROPOSED BYLAW?
Input can be given on the proposed Bylaw at the Public Hearing on December 3, 2020. Anyone wishing to provide written comments is encouraged to contact the County by 12:00 pm on November 25, 2020.
