What is Bylaw 24-013 about?

Bylaw 24-013 will consider a proposed amendment to the Edgewood Stables Area Structure Plan (Bylaw 1362) to allow for the subdivision of Plan 1312562 Block 1 Lot 1 into 4 parcels.  The area is direct north of the city of Lethbridge as shown on the sketch. See a map.

How do I provide input?

Input can be given on the proposed bylaw at the Public Hearing on November 21, 2024. Anyone wishing to provide written comments is encouraged to contact the County no later than 4:30 p.m. November 14, 2024.

Bylaw 24-016 will consider the rezoning of Plan 9011051 Block 1 Lot 1 in the SE 30-9-22-W4 (13.6 acres) from Rural Agriculture to Rural General Industrial.  The Municipal Address of the property is 94019 Dominion Road (Range Road 22-5A), north-east of the Hamlet of Kipp. See a map.
