• Location -  Hamlet of Monarch
• Parcel Sizes  - 0.074 hectares (0.18 acres) each
• Land Use District – Hamlet Residential
• Serviced with municipal water and sewer
• List Price - $75,000 (for each parcel)

* Lots 12 and 13 are impacted by the removal of the water tower. The water tower foundation was only partially removed due to the depth. Further information is available on request.

General Information:

1. All offers must be submitted using the Offer to Purchase form below
2. All offers to purchase must be delivered to the Lethbridge County Administration Building, #100,905-4th Avenue South, Lethbridge, Alberta.
3. The County will review the offer within a two-week period and reserves the right to reject any offer.
4. Offers will be evaluated on overall price and terms.
5. The accepted offer may be subject to County Council approval.
6. If no offers are received within the proposed timeframe, the County will continue to accept proposals until a suitable proposal is received.
7. Highest or any offer, not necessarily accepted.
