The Agriculture Services department is involved in a variety of activities and processes, and offers some services to community members.
Our regular activities include:

Update to gopher control measures (Strychnine)
The Government of Canada has approved strychnine for gopher control through November 2027. Lethbridge County will offer the product for sale once our shipment arrives from the supplier (expected end of May/beginning of June). Strychnine will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Training must be completed before purchasing the product.
